About my cheesecakes
Who doesn't love cheesecake? I absolutely love this decadent dessert. To me, cheesecake is more than a dessert. Each cake is a canvas that I can use to create a unique work of art. Of course, the process of making a cheesecake is a work of art in and of itself. Each ingredient must be the proper temperature to ensure a great cake. The batter needs to be satiny and smooth with no lumps. The batter cannot be under or over-mixed. The cake cannot be over or under-baked. The texture cannot be so dense that it crumbles upon meeting your fork. The cake should cling to your fork and melt in your mouth with a subtle sweetness that keeps you coming back for more. And that's exactly what my cakes do to you once you take your first bite!
Each cheesecake is homemade and baked from scratch. All fruit toppings, whipped creams, and frostings are homemade and made-to-order from scratch. Every cake I make is made with great attention to detail. I have spent months perfecting my baking method and recipes to produce the best cheesecakes you can find here in the Upper Valley with a wide variety of unique flavors that you can't get anywhere else. I am constantly creating new and flavorful cheesecakes, so my menu is ever-growing. Give my cakes a try and cheesecake will become more than just a dessert to you too!
